Analytics on superneo.ai are optional. The site sends nothing to PostHog until you select Allow analytics. If you refuse, the experience stays the same.

ACTUAL LTD. operates superneo.ai, the website of SUPERNEO™. ACTUAL LTD. is the controller. It decides why and how it processes the information described here. Send privacy questions and requests to hello@superneo.ai.
Local and necessary storage
The site may remember your soundtrack volume locally. After you make an analytics choice, it
stores an sn_consent record with the choice, the consent revision, a random consent
identifier and timestamps. This record stops the site from asking you again. The record expires
after 180 days, or sooner if the policy changes.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, the site sends a limited set of events to PostHog:
- page path, referring hostname and intentionally supplied campaign tags;
- scene readiness and stage-completion milestones;
- bounded signal interactions, soundtrack state and a bucketed volume value;
- outbound destination category; and
- Core Web Vitals and a coarse device class.
Events use a random browser identifier. ACTUAL LTD. does not send names, email addresses, typed text, exact pointer paths or full URLs with arbitrary query strings. ACTUAL LTD. disables PostHog autocapture, personal profiles, session replay, heatmaps, surveys, advertising and automatic error capture.
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to understand whether the experience loads, performs and reaches its stages. The legal basis for optional analytics is consent. You can refuse or withdraw. You keep full access.
Processor, location and transfers
PostHog, Inc. processes optional analytics for ACTUAL LTD. using PostHog Cloud US. Primary cloud storage is in the United States. PostHog's Data Processing Agreement incorporates the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for covered transfers. PostHog lists its current subprocessors at posthog.com/subprocessors.
Retention and security
The browser analytics identifier expires after 180 days. ACTUAL LTD. keeps analytics events for a maximum of 12 months. It then deletes or aggregates them. IP capture must stay disabled in the PostHog organization and project. Network and storage access stay limited to the minimum that the service needs.
Your choices and rights
Use the PRIVACY control in the site footer to change or withdraw your analytics choice. Withdrawal stops new collection and removes PostHog browser storage. The site treats Global Privacy Control as a refusal. Your local law can give you more rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of the information linked to your consent or analytics identifier. Contact hello@superneo.ai.
No sale or advertising
ACTUAL LTD. does not sell personal information. ACTUAL LTD. does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. ACTUAL LTD. does not use these analytics to build advertising profiles.
